Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected.

Return eligibility & conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused and unassembled

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

  • Mattresses, hygiene-related items, or custom orders may be excluded

Returns requested outside the stated period may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or sent in error.
